Hiya
I've pulled my old lath and plaster ceiling down (messy!) on the ground floor and filled between the joists with sound insulation.

This weekend I'll be putting the sound proof plasterboard up with a few mates.
How much gap (if any) do I leave around around the edge the board of the room?
I guess I fill every gap with Acoustical Caulk (or an alternative?) after.

Any other advice welcome. The current room I'm doing room is a practice run for the cinema room that will be going in when I've got the money together.

Cheers.
