soundproofing water pipes ?

i have to box in hot and cold water pipes in my baby daughters room, but the problem is its mains pressure and pretty noisy.

is there anything i can use to attach to inside of framing which will dampen noise

if possible fit pressure reducing valve on the mains supply.sometimes if water pressure is excessive then noise can be heard when in use.
