Hi,

I would like to soundproof our partywall with next door.
I was wondering if the option shown in the link is a rip off or is it going to work?

The noise I am trying to block is moderate TV sound, people talking and above all the parrot next door tweeting.
Cost is not an issue I just want the best results.

If you can afford to lose 100 - 200 mm of room depth I would think you could get a satisfactory solution at a cost. Haven't read the link thoroughly.
