Spare wheel Question.

I have a Ford Transit 05 plate. I've miss-placed my manual, and can't see how to unclip the spare from underneath my van.

Might seem a silly question, but I've never changed a wheel on a Transit before. Any help is appreciated

I'm not sure about the newer Transits but the older ones had a hole under the back door that you inserted a winder through. The wheel was secured by winding it up into place. The wider handle was located behind the seats. It might be worth a try.

just make sure you keep tension on it at all times,if like the galaxy ones they can snag up within themselves and result in a new winding mechanism being fitted.
