A bit of help please

I have a two year old Speedfit/John Guest under floor heating system in my Kitchen.

When it was commissioned the 3 way valve was set about 1/3 open and it worked fine. But now, even with the valve fully open I can't get the temp above 40deg. I've removed the valve and the pump (both dismantled) and both were clear.

Are there any serviceable/repalcement parts within the three way valve?
