Speedfit pipe directly into floor sreed

I realise that John Gueest speedfit pipe and fittings directly into floor screed, without acsess is a no-no (acording to building regs).
But is this really so bad providing the pipes are well lagged, allowing for expansion?
I don,t on this particular project have to bow to building regs, Its just going to be a headache to give acsess to it all.

I'm curious - why do think that you don't have to follow the Building Regulations?

Also, are you aware that what you're doing might come under the provisions of the Water Regulations, depending on what the pipes are to be used for?
