Split face effect quartz porcelains

We are thinking about these tiles on out bathroom feature wall rather than using natural stone split face tiles. The question is, what is the best method of laying? Should they be spaced and grouted to maintain a natural look and should they be stacked in line or staggered when laying? Thanks in advance.
