Spring loaded bathroom extractor fan

Can anyone recommend a suitable extractor fan?

My exsisting ceiling mounted bathroom extractor fan allows a lot of draught in throught the louvres
I was recently shown a type of extractor fan that you can get that has spring loaded shutters that spring closed when the fan is not running.

Does anyone know the make of these and where i could purchase one?
 
Silavent in High Wycombe make several models using 230v that have automatic louvers, they also make a 12 volt model that does not.
