I have a new sand & cement screed in a utility area (neither living nor garage floor) which I want to paint. It is a bit dusty, has\some loose bits and a couple of fine cracks where there are pipes underneath. I think the pipes managed to separate the screed on either side of them.
What are the best materials to use to seal/stabilize the screed and paint it? Do I need to do anything else to prevent the cracks from splitting the paint too?
