Stain/varnishing kitchen chairs

Help please, have purchased some kitchen chairs that need staining and varnishing - any help or suggestions. Alternatively are there companies that I could send them to for spraying?

Use coloured Danish oil, easy wipe on and will not crack like varnish.Can be maintained easily.
