Stairs wallpaper calculation request

Hello all,

I hope someone can assist with the following request.

I am wanting to order wallpaper for my 14 step staircase 3 bed bay semi .

I am not sure how much paper to order an would sincerely appreciate some guidance.

There is a a dado rail at75cm downstairs and 80cm upstairs 3 doors downstairs)

The top section measures 137cm downstairs and 125 upstairs ( 4 doors upstairs)

I have measured the stairs as accurately as I can and the total meterage of the top sections is 24.4m2.
This calculates out at 4.6 rolls, but I need to allow for a 62cm pattern offset.

The bottom section works out at 13.6 m2 which equals 2.6 rolls.

The bottom paper will be a free match.

This doesn't seem enough to me even adding on 10% and rounding up the rolls.

Chatgpt states I require 27 rolls lol.

Can anyone assist as I'm struggling with this.

I would get 6 rolls for the top, 4 rolls for the bottom, after inquiring with the seller, if surplus unused rolls could be returned for a refund.
