Hi all
Slight problem of fitting lining sets in a DIY council flat refurb, as finished stud walls will be only 80mm thick (from 37.5mm originally!!!). Options include trimming sets down to fit / building from scratch etc, I suppose, but this decision will wait until plastering is finished.
I have new stud walls built and boarded and now need to board out structural openings above doorways with noggins for lining heads to fix into.
Can anyone tell me what the standard height of a doorlining is from floor screed so I can work out where these noggins should go in the structural openings, please?
