Hi
I've left flat for 3 weeks. After this period I've came back and noticed that the light, of course, gone, and I can't turn the boiler on. The type of boiler is: 15/30, 30/50 and 65/80.
When I press the gas valve I can start the light, but after release button the light is gone (I keep the valve pressed during 20 second). Probably I didn't switch boiler off correctly, I just switched off electricity.
Please help me

Hi
If ya boiler is a MYSON APOLLO then either the thermocouple has failed, the overstat that interupts the thermocouple has failed or u have a bad connection where the leads join the thermocouple OR worst case sernario is the pilot solinoids gone on ya gas valve. I do recomend u get it looked at by a Corgi fitter.

Appollo has a pump over run built in to disapate heat after the burner has shut down and there is no demand for heat if you just turn power off it will stop pump gettting rid of excess heat from the boiler and cause the overheat stat to trip . these are self setting and regularly don`t reset thus need changing never just turn power off on these boilers unless they are already cold
