Start again or is there a fix?

I have a newly skimmed ceiling in the kitchen (thistle multicoat over plaster board), this was then painted over with watered down Dulux Vinyl Silk - Retail(yes, first school boy error Then several coats of Dulux Rich Matt – Retail. The matt has now dried out and appears to have crazing / cracking / tiny little hairline cracks over about 50% of the ceiling.

What are my option to fix this? Or is it a case of scraping off all the paint, applying some watered down Dulux Trade Matt and starting again?

Now that the ceiling has been painted there is no need to continue to water the emulsion down. Best to give a couple of full coats of the finishing matt now.
