Steel/sleeper retaining wall

Will steel rsjs set 600mm in concrete (clay conditions) with 800 above be sufficient to hold back the garden above. Between I’ll be putting 1200x100x200 sleepers in. Total span 7.2m. I know I’m been vague if any more information is required I’ll happily reply .

here’s a picture of my garden. My garden is already retained by a wall to the left 6 feet high. Plan is to build the wall 800mm up then cut back again into the slope level and build another wall at the top.
