Hi, looking a little help. I accidentally set my alarm of the other day, I reset it using my normal four digit code, when I came home it appeared saying personal attack mode enabled, I can't enter any code and can not get function key to work. The key pad beeps as I push buttons but no status change on led display.the company that fitted it a renowned closed down, any help greatly appreciated.

Think it was function pa.
There is a picture of the keypad in my pic album on my profile.cant upload it to the forum for some reason. System has been reset. Just keeps going back to same status. Alarm was serviced not long ago, so batteries all replaced.
do you have access to the engineers code?
entering your user code twice should clear it (first silence, second to reset), if it doesn't then it may be set for an engineers reset and for that you will need the engineers code.
