Can anyone please help?

When I activate my alarm, after a few seconds the control unit goes black, (no power) and the alarms inside and out go off, the only way to stop them is by pulling the fuse inside the main control box, when this is put back in, power comes back to the control unit?

Faulty battery.

They can cause so many weird and wonderful faults when they're naff.

How old is it?
Should be replaced at every 5yrs max, before if found faulty.

A healthy battery.

Voltage is NO indication that there is any capacity available, in the same way that fumes smelt in your car fuel tank is NO indication that petrol exists!

Thanks All,

I will check out the battery type and look for a new one.
