Can anyone tell me whether it would pay to go with an electric boiler for CH and hot water or to stick with my Gas LPG combi system. I haven't heard much about the electric boilers, but they do sound a good idea. Would they work out more expensive to run compared to gas. My electricity supplier say that I can get half price electric if I install an electric CH system. This is for certain times of the day though.

Thanks for any info, starting to scratch my head a little.

Stick with your LPG boiler unless you have a majority shareholding in your electric supply company

Change to electric. But not just yet. In 2 years from now this device is going to revolutionise the heating industry.
Gas and corgi will be a thing of the past.

Unless the "secret catalyst" turns out to cost more than gas ... Or is radioactive, or gives off poisonous fumes
