Hiya all, Anybody know anything about Fiat 500 2 cylinder 11 plate?

Ok my daughter just purchased one from a local dealer. Following day my she said the clutch pedal is getting stuck down,so I done a road test and yes.
The garage kept it for a week only to tell us it is fine.
We have yet to drive it to see!.
Is this a common fault? Is it a bad sign? Am I being flobbed off? Any views would be gratefully received!
That's guys,
Colin

I don't know that car, but Italian cars are designed for LHD and have had some curious designs of linkage to make their way to a RHD pedal.

Is it hydraulic, rod, or cable?

If it sticks again, film it on your phone so the dealer can't deny it happens.

Do you get pressure when pushing it down or does the pedal feel like there’s no pressure when pushing it down? Either way, it’s not right but we may get a better idea of the problem. You have 30 days to reject the car if recently bought - don’t let the dealer drag it out past this time.

Fiat know about this one (I'm talking about the Panda Twinair here but it's probably the same)
It's a hydraulic clutch and master cylinder failure causes the pedal to stick down.
