Still no Hot Water

Just changed the Diverter Valve in a Vaillant Turbomax 824e and I am still getting an issue with the DHW.

The Boiler fires up up when I demand Hot Water but it never gets hot, infact not even luke warm before the Boiler goes off but will then fire up again, get luke warm and shut off again and this continues everytime.

Do you think there is an issue with the Aqua Sensor or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Did you not check this before replacing the div valve?
What made you think the div vlv was kippered?

No did not check it as had heating but no HW and in past experiences replacing the DV has always fixed this problem for me.

Sorry for the late reply, you were correct Heat Exchanger it was but the DV was kippered too lol.
