Sto Render

The builders are in on our industrial estate tidying it up a bit. I notice that they are rendering some buildings with tubs of Sto Render. The finish is perfect almost like an internal skim finish.

Questions:

Is Sto render ready mixed straight out of the tub?

Is it relatively easy to use?

Can you buy it off the shelf at say Jewsons?

I was considering sticking a render on our kitchen which was built by Dick Turpin and uses several different coloured bricks etc.

Any advice is appreciated

Just to add I am using Sto at the moment on internal ceilings, but not quite the same finish type as you mention.
