Stone built shed

Hi, I was wondering if there were any builders or brickies out there who might be able to give me a ball park cost on building a shed like this. It's to house a water tank and filtration equipment.

Size 2.5m x 2.5m and 2m high. Needs to be built of stone, block inner skin, concrete floor, single door. Location Durham.
