Hi,
I've got an old concrete floor without a proper DPM. I can't afford to have it dug up and replaced so I'd like to find a solution which allows it to breath as it is now.
I am doing things to deal with the damp where possible but I need to tile now and don't want to assume the moisture issues are completely gone yet.
If I lay the stone tiles on mortar, should that allow the floor to breath? I've read about breathable sealers. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what sealer to use.
Thanks
