Storage Heaters

Hi,
Ive got 3 storage heaters in my home, ive never used them so have no-idea if they work or not. I've had a spark in today to disconnect them so cant check if they work, can i wire a plug on them and plug them into a socket to test them?

Yes, but the fuse may blow if they are large ones

Be carefull though, if they aint been used for some time they may give off some strong fumes which dont stop till its burnt away
