Thank you, I would hate to claim insurance for this. I don't mind having it mounted a bit higher.
I can't find these hinges anywhere nor how to remove them though.

The screws fixing it to the frame are behind the hinge part so you will need to dismantle it to access them (you may have to do them all to get the door off to be able to refix the hinge to the door too).
Take off the top and bottom caps to see whats there, Probably a Allen key bolt top and bottom, Undo them.
You may need to loosen the grub screws on the sides before they will come out
