strange 3 phase supply

Apparently quite a common fault , but new to me.

3 phase 36 way board, 20 single phase loads and 1 three phase load.

Lights flickered , then everthing working ok, except 3 phase fridge motors

Tested at board

N to earth 0volts
red to N 240volts
red to earth 240 volts
yellow to N 240volts
yellow to earth 240 volts
blue to N 240volts
blue to earth 240 volt
red to yellow 400volts
red to blue 400volts
yellow to blue 0volts

So what was the fault :?:
