strange plaster crack bubbles on internal wall

i assume that they are pics of a wall(s)? External or interior walls?
The plaster appears to have been blown, hence, you have a background problem, possibly damp, or some kind of chemical reaction.
Any recent plastering or rendering work?
Knock off the "bubbles" to reveal whats behind and pic it to here.
Note: i also assume that you have researched damp and condensation on here?
