So that's charged "per fortnight"?? That's not something I've heard of before - of all rubbish that's the most easily type of rubbish to be disposed of as it's organic, natural and nontoxic

Especially in areas where you've got neighbours in close proximity - I could just imagine a few angry people who've just had their clean laundry that's been hanging out to dry tainted by the smell of grass burning
