strip: screen, partition, curtain

In my home, I've made a doorway, but I'm not putting a door in it. I want to put in some kind of strip curtain. I'm not actually sure what you would call it, strip curtain - I'm not sure.

I want it to be transparent and coloured, so it lets light through.

Yes, something like this:

But, narrower strips, and colours.

I may have to make my own.

I could use transparent or translucent flat strips, or some kind of cord.

If you google "strip curtains pvc", there are several links of online shops that sell curtains and part for them - different colours strips and track systems.

The most pretty once I've seen were made from bamboo beads, beautifully lacquered but it was years ago.
