strip to join different tiles

hello

my bathroom floor and kitchen floor are laid but i need a bar/strip- dunno what its called- to be fitted at doorway where the 'light oak' ceramic and 'dark oak' vinyl tiles meet
the ceramic is 10mm and the vinyl 3mm please can anyone tell me what i'm looking for

Look for threshold or transition strips.....in fact B&Q do them, and for differing floor levels they are called reducers.
