Parts of my stairs and landing walls have some sort of old wallpaper sealed or painted over with some green colored paste? Does anyone know what it is and what quickest/most efficient way of removing this would be? This was all underneath a couple of layers of other wallpaper. The house was built 1930’s. Cheers
