Hi, putting in a Stuart Turner ShowerMate Pump, got myself a tank flange which is 1" BSP but the top of cylinder must be 3/4". Went to plumbers merchants but told that there is no reducer for this.

Any ideas, bar changing the cylinder
 
I find that hard to believe!
Just looked in the toolstation catalogue. page 271
I can see 'compression couplers' 'male' and 'female' covers both 1in and 3/4in. problem here is they are in packs of 10, but it does show they are available.
Have a look at screwfix, they have them single
