Sugar Soap Marks - Help

My fiancée tried to help with the sitting room painting last night and offered to sugar soap the walls which were really grubby. Only snag is she didn't bother to wash it down and now the wooden floor has lots of splash marks all round the edges.

What can I do to get rid of these?

It's unclear whoever those marks are staining or simple wet marks.

I'd suggest you use a cloth soaked with wood floor cleaner and see what happens.
