Hi All,

I bought my first house back in may. This concrete sectional lean to was installed by the previous owner. A bit of a bodge, but we are using it as a shed currently so not hugely bothered about the quality. The flat roof pools water when it rains and seeps through where it a joins the garage.

The 2 suggestions I need are:

1. Quick fix to get through the winter. It doesn't need to be 100% water tight just enough to keep out the majority of the water. Is there anything I can "paint" over the join to try to seal it?

2. Long term solution. I thought about trying slant the roof away from the garage but it doesn't seem to have the room due to the current roof sitting directly on top of the concrete sectional panels. Does anyone have nay ideas? Another alternative maybe to demolish the lean to and put a shed at the bottom on the garden.

Thanks for any help.

A very good brush on product is the fibre reinforced Evercryl from MKM.....Aquaseal is another.
Is there a gap between the two where you can slip in a length of DPC or similar?
John :)
