Hello guys this is my first post so please be gentle.

I would like to replace my floorboards on my landing. Can I ask if these would be atall suitable either as they are or with a tongue and groove.

The description of the boards are " Timber boards are kiln dried, rough sawn pine, 22mm thick".
Any advice welcome, TIA

Chris

I think not. Pine tends to be weak, i thjnk you'll find them too springy. These are more like gravel boards.

OK thank you. I wasn't sure if I ran them through a planer and then used them. However if these are not suitable then I best not use them.
Thank you RrogerD
