422-01-04 Every termination of live conductors or joint between them shall be contained within an enclosure selected in accordance with Regulation 526-03-02 (See my my suggestions.)

The enclosure provides mechanical protection for the conductors, which you have removed when you strip the grey sheathing off your twin and earth cable. A crimp joint does not need to be accessible for inspection as it is considered to be of a permanent nature.
