suitable glue for floor

Have an extension to room, part new (a year old) and part old floor with
thin layer of bitumen where old vinyl tiles had been removed. Been recommended Styccobond products - F76 surface membrane, followed by neat Stopgap P131, then P300 and B95 adhesive. What's anyone's take on this. Any experiences?
