Suitably Qualified?

My wife is in a bit of a quandry!

She has just received, in the post, a new filter set for the vacuum cleaner. At the bottom of the delivery note, in bold letters it says:

These parts must be fitted by a suitably qualified person

Is it OK for her to fit the filter, or should she phone the manufacturer and ask them to send someone to do the job?!
