Summer heat

Cheers Chris

It amazes me that no mention is made of this topic in the propaganda put out by Mr Prescott and his lackeys on the subject of energy efficiency. It's a question that must arise in millions of households - do I turn the boiler on or off in summer? Perhaps he thinks people are too stupid to understand.

John Prescott is as stupid as most people, and he doesn't give a tinkers cuss for energy efficiency, nor does the hideous Margaret Beckett. The others mostly don't understand either. I've seen loads of thermostatic radiator valves, all turned up to maximum, "otherwise the radiators keep going cold".

There are statments on this forum where people claim keeping your heating on all the time is cheaper than using a programmer to turn it on and off. So much for waste not, want not.

Lay off him, TGM. And Kev - if there's any war going on, it's between us and the ignorant bossyboots Prescott.

It certainly is. You just doubled their vote in Liverpool.
