Hi,

I recently had a problem with my controller failing to switch on my heating. The connection was "flicking on/off" when i pressed the button.
I have an electrician looking at the problem tomorrow!!

Now, I took the front panel off the wall, the battery looked "loose", i re-inserted it and reconnected the panel to the the connector on the wall. It now works perfectly.

Would you advise on still having an electricain looking at it (im afraid that there is a problem still there, and it might stop working again), or is it ok now!!

Any ideas....did i get lucky fixing it??? :?:

Well if it's a battery operated one then I would say you've solved the problem - award yourself £50 (but knock off a bit for cash)

:D ..i was looking at the spec and was surprised to see a battery was used! My wife wanted to get "an expert", she has no confidence in my DIY
Its working since 4pm, so hopfully that will solve it..
