Hi all, please don't be too technical with me as I'm an amateur project manager, not a plumber or electrician! Anyway, I have a Sunvic TLX RFP wireless stat and control centre. Problem is that the control centre doesn't always pick up the message that the stat is sending even when I hold it right next to it. Message between boiler and control centre is fine.
So, the heating will be on, the green light on on the control centre even though the stat is telling me that the room is 26degrees and so it's turned the heating off. This means the heating stays on all night sometimes and other times does the opposite and won't come on so we wake up freezing.
There is no 'low battery' indicator on which is the only possible solution suggested by the manual. Any ideas??
