when I once got superglue in the eye (thats another story) was told that in a couple of hours the superglue would break down due to the moisture/water in my eye. It did.
Try leaving a puddle of water on it fo a few hours and see if it softens. Dont know if it will work but not hard to try.

You can purchase superglue remover.

slightly off topic. Superglued my finger and thumb together once. Warm soapy water and a razor blade were my friends on that occasion.
