Lets put it this way, the Draft for Public Consultation (DPC) available to view here goes along the lines of RCD protection for all circuits in the bathroom instead of supplementary equipotential bonding, it should be noted the DPC is not a live British Standard. The current British Standard (BS7671:2001 inc amd 1&2) still requires supplementary bonding in bathrooms.
