Supply to summer house.

I have a summer house that I want to supply electrcity to (just lights - pprox ten and sockets - approx eight) I was gonna run armoured cable to a CU in the summer house was wandering what size armoured to use?

The distance from the main incoming supply to the Summer house CU is approx 20m.

Also, do you know how to bury the cable safely, how to gland it at each end, and do you have a TN-C-S supply with extraneous-conductive-parts in the summerhouse?
