Summer house electrics

Can i have some advice please. I wish to run electrics to a summer house approx 30m from the CU. It will power a double socket (lawn mower, IR patio heater etc) and a lighting circuit. Do i need to run directley from the CU, Or can I spur off a socket in the house (approx 25m) then to an RCD/MCB within the summer house. Is 4mm SWA sufficient?
