Hi all, just bought a Renault 19 (Biarritz 1994 year). Problem is when the engine gets warm, the coolant warning light comes on, BUT the coolant temperature guage shows normal, (plenty of coolant in radiator) Also at the same time the oil level warning light comes on, and the oil level indicator shows low oil (again plenty of oil) If you rev the engine all lights go out. There are no nasty noises coming from the engine. The person who I bought the car from said this has happened before, he took it to a gararge were it was fixed he doesn't know exactly what they did to fix it but said something about the link between the oil switch and the dashboard display. Can anyone tell me what this could be.
Thanks in advance for any help
