Swapping old gas aga/rayburn to new boiler advice

Morning

Is it a massive job to swap out a gas rayburn to a new boiler? Currently have a rayburn which does the hot water (constantly lit burning gas) & the heating on the other side which we use in winter. It doesnt have eat the gas and with the prices the way they are im looking to swap to a new boiler.

Rayburn is in kitchen on ground floor
Currently have a hot water tank on the floor above
and a cold water tank in the loft with a small tank off the side which feeds central heating

Is it going to be a big job or can a lot of the existing pipe work be used when connecting to a new boiler? and it would be just be case of moving some feeding gas pipe to rayburn and fitting the boiler out the way as i would probably replace the rayburn with a range cooker for occasional use.

How much work it is really depends on where you want the boiler in relation to the current Aga and associated pipework. If it's on the same wall it should be relatively easy. If the boiler is going elsewhere in the house much more work will be required
