I've got a Drayton RTS1 replacing an old Randall unit. There's 4 wires wired up as follows, Yellow = 1, Blue = N, Red = 3 and Green is Earth; 2 is empty:

The new unit looks like this, Obviously neutral is self explanatory, 3 I'm guessing goes to 3 on the new unit making yellow "live" ?

If anyone can confirm that would be great.

Cheers

Yep, 3 is switched live on you existing stat. 3 on the new stat. Simple swap over.

Don't forget to park the earth in that earth terminal too

3 seems to be the permanent live on the old stat..

Blue = N
Red = L
Yellow = 3

Earth in the spare terminal at the bottom
