Swiftflow 80 help required

Hi all,

I have a glowworm swiftflow 80 boiler and am need of some help and advice.

Central heating works fine but when i turn the hot water taps on i don't recieve hot water. Pilot light is lit and remains so, you can the hear the boiler trying to go into heating phase if that makes sense by attempting to click in but nothing happens.

Wouldn't mind but I'm not living at the house, have a tennant!!

no problem Rachman,

call a htg engineer out and that will fix yout tenants problem

why dont you phone the chap who does your CP12s, he will know the boiler, system and location

scaled up, flow switch or pcb are the most likely, in that order in my experience
the flow switch is partly in the combustion chamber so an RGI required to replace it!
