Switching from mechanical to digital thermostat

Hi,

I currently have a Satchwel TLX 2603 mechanical room thermostat controlling my warm air heating.

I have bought a Towerstat RSP digital thermostat to replace it yet this only has three points of connection, NO, COM and NC.

My mechanical thermostat has 4 incoming wires plus an earth.

Are my theremostats compatible and how would I wire them!?
